Tortellini with White Sauce
3 Tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Mushroom Sliced
2 Cloves Of Garlic chopped
8 Ounces Cheese Tortellini
4 Tablespoons Romano Cheese Grated
3 Ounces Prosciutto (Italian ham), dic
8 Ounces Spinach Tortellini
1/2 Cup Peas Fresh or frozen
1. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic and prosciutto. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

2. Add peas, cream and cheese. Cook until sauce thickens.

3. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain. Add tortellini to sauce. Toss until well coated. Sprinkle with parsley.

4. Serve immediately.
