So lemony and smooth, this is the easiest, fastest, and tastiest lemon cheesecake recipe out there. Great for a quick weeknight treat.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Confectionery Sugar
1 1/2 cups Graham Crackers crumbs
1/2 cup Butter melted
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 cups Milk
1 dash Lemon Instant Pudding Mix

Directions:

1. Mix sugar; crumbs, and oleo.

2. Bake crumb crust for 15 minutes.

3. Mix cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk until smooth and creamy.

4. Add remaining milk and pudding mix.

5. Beat slowly with egg beater for 1 minute.

6. Do not overbeat. Pour into cooled crust. Chill
