Ingredients:

8 Chicken Breasts
1 Egg extra large
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs Italian
2 Tablespoons Butter (1/4 stick) cut into 6 pieces
1 3/4 Cups Spaghetti Sauce ( I like Ragu Tomato and Basil)
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese sliced thinly
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese freshly gra
1/4 Cup Parsley fresh, chopped

Directions:

1. Remove the skin from chicken breasts slightly beat the eggs shred the mozzarella cheese grate the parmesan cheese chop the parsley Using palm of hand flatten chicken to even thickness.

2. Dip chicken into egg then into crumbs to coat.

3. In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, brown chicken on both sides.

4. Add spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley. Cover, simmer for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Made this last week for dinner. The recipe didn't say anything about seasoning the chicken before cooking and there wasn't much flavor once we got past the sauce and cheese. Despite that, it was still good. Will definitely make this again but I will season the chicken beforehand.
