3-seed Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients:

2 Teaspoons Dry Yeast (1/4 ounce each)
2 Tablespoons Sunflower Seeds ;
2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds toasted lightly and
2 Tablespoons Poppy Seeds
1/2 Cup Oats not instant
1 Teaspoon Salt to 1 ts
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour ;
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil or lard
2 Tablespoons Honey Or Maple Syrup
1 Cup Water Warm

Directions:

1. This will make a 1 1/2 lb loaf.

2. Use the whole wheat setting on your machine.

3. We love this bread, but I\'m not a big fan of all whole wheat, so I usually use 1 1/2 cups of BREAD flour and just 1/2 cup Whole wheat.
