60 Second Chocolate Mousse

A really easy recipe for creating an all time favorite desert that's sure to be a crowd pleaser. No major cooking skills required, but an excellent outcome guaranteed!

Directions:
1. Place chocolate; egg, and flavoring in blender and chop.
Heat cream until small bubbles appear at edge.
Do not boil.
2. With machine running, pour in hot cream.
3. Blend until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
4. Pour into dessert dishes and cover with plastic and chill.
Serve with whipped cream dollops.
