Ingredients:

2 cups Cashews nuts
1 Brown Rice Box Quick cooked
1 cup Cereal 7 Grain
2 cups Milk
1 Onion chopped
3/4 cup Wheat Germ
4 tablespoons Canola Oil
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Sea Salt (optional)
4 tablespoons Parsley Minced
1/2 teaspoon Thyme Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed Ground
1/2 teaspoon Sage Ground
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions:

1. Chop the nuts fine, or run through a food grinder. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

2. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 F. uncovered for 1 hour or until done.

3. Serve with favorite gravy.
