A 20-Minute Chicken Parmesan
Date Added: March 03, 2013
A simple recipe for a classic dish that pleases everyone! I recommend flattening your chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap with either a meat mallet or a heavy can, and serving the saucy cheesy chicken with a side of spaghetti or other pasta.
1. Using palm of hand flatten chicken to even thickness. 2. Dip chicken into egg then into crumbs to coat. 3. In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, brown chicken on both sides. 4. Add sauce. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 10 minutes. 5. Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Comments on A 20-Minute Chicken Parmesan Recipe:
