Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Paprika or chopped parsley
2 1/2 Teaspoons Salt (generous)
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (up to 4)
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder (opt)
3/4 Teaspoon Pepper coarse ground, to taste
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper divided
1 Teaspoon Dried Tarragon crumbled
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano rubbed
1 Teaspoon Dried Marjoram ; crushed

Directions:

1. Mix this up well, and then dip the fish fillets first in melted butter, then smear the seasoning mixture on both sides of the fish.

2. Heat a cast iron skillet for about eight minutes on high heat.

3. Put the fillets in the pan without crowding, pour a few tablespoons of melted butter on top, cook on both sides for about two minutes and serve immediately with butter and lemon.
