Ingredients:

3 Cups Tomatoes peeled
1/2 Cup Onion chopped
1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
1/4 Cup Sugar (optional)
1/2 Cup Vinegar white, wine
1 Teaspoon Celery Seed to taste
1 Teaspoon Salt ; (optional)
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper hot red

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, and green pepper.

2. In a small bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, celery seed, salt, and pepper.

3. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Pour over tomato mixture; toss.

4. Cover and chill till serving time. Makes 4 cups.
