Abm-eggnog Bread

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Package Dry Yeast preferably red star
2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Butter (1/4 stick) cut into 6 pieces
1 Teaspoon Salt to 1 ts
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg freshly grated
3/4 Cup Eggnog at room temp.*

Directions:

1. I adapted a recipe from my food processor bread book for my b/m for the eggnog bread which you read about.

2. Here is what I did; you may need to make adaptations for whatever type of b/m you have.

3. Play with it, if it looks too sticky, add flour (1 tbsp.
