Abodong Pusit (Calamari Stew)

Ingredients:

2 Pounds Fresh Squid cleaned
3 Cloves Of Garlic minced (up to 2)
2 Tablespoons Vinegar white, wine
1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Water hot, as needed

Directions:

1. In a skillet over medium heat, bring to a boil the garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, water, salt and pepper to taste.

2. Add the cleaned squids while mixture is still boiling.

3. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.

4. Transfer cooked squid to a serving platter. Serve immediately.

5. Tip: Remove the transparent cartilage when clean squid.
