Ingredients:

16 oz Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Water
3 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 1/2 cups Instant Rice
1/2 cup Tortilla Chips Crushed
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Directions:

1. Combine tomato sauce, water and chili powder in a medium sized saucepan.

2. Bring to a full boil.

3. Stir in rice.

4. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.

5. Sprinkle with tortilla chips and cheese. Serve with shredded lettuce and sour cream if desired.
