4 oz Lean Ground Turkey
1 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 Garlic clove minced
2 tablespoons Salsa
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4 Whole Wheat Tortillas
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 cups Broccoli Steamed flowerettes
4 oz Mozzarella Cheese Shredded low-fat

1. In small bowl thoroughly combine turkey, chili powder, garlic and salsa.

2. In medium non-stick skillet stir turkey mixture over medium heat until cooked.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cool. Spread tortillas with diet mayonnaise.

4. 4. Divide turkey, broccoli and cheese over tortillas.

5. Top with extra salsa and roll up to enclose filling.
