1 Chicken Breast cut up
2 Chili Peppers
1 Onion small sliced
2 tablespoons Cilantro seed ground
1 tablespoon Caraway Seed ground
1 tablespoon Turmeric
1 Salt
2 tablespoons Tamarind Juice
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 Vegetable Oil

Directions:

1. Put chicken in a pan with all the ingredients except the oil.

2. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20 min.

3. or until liquid has been absorbed. Heat oil and deep fry chicken until golden brown.
