2 Cups Heavy Cream 2 Cups Heavy Cream stiffly whipped for

1 Pinch Nutmeg 1 Pinch Nutmeg freshly grated

1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Salt to 1 ts

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper hot red

3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese 3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 Pound Fettuccine 1 Pound Cooked Fettuccine
