1 Cup Cheddar Cheese parmesan
1/2 Cup Butter (1/4 stick) cut into 6 pieces
1/2 Cup Light Cream or evaporated milk
1/4 Teaspoon Salt (generous)
1 Dash Pepper hot red

1. Start cooking noodles as package directs.

2. Over a low heat, melt butter and cream in a saucepan.

3. Stir in cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low.

4. Drain noodles and pour in serving dish. Pour in sauce and stir gently until noodles are coated.
