4 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef or lamb (2/3C)
1 1/2 Cups Onions chopped
2 1/4 Cups Ketchup ;
3 Tablespoons Prepared Mustard
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Vinegar white or cane
2 Tablespoons Sugar pinch
1 Tablespoon Salt (generous)
1 Tablespoon Pepper sweet red
18 Hamburger Buns split

Directions:

1. In a Dutch oven, cook beef and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender; drain.

2. Combine ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; stir into beef mixture.
