Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup Sesame Seeds
2 Teaspoons Poppy Seeds
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
3/4 Cup Orange Juice
3/4 Cup Flour all purpose
1/2 Teaspoon Salt coarse
2 Eggs beaten
3/4 Cup Flour whole wheat
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil vegatable
1/2 Cup Cereal bran

Directions:

1. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and seeds.

2. In large bowl, beat together orange juice, honey, eggs and cereal.

3. Let stand 2 minutes. Add flour mixture, stirring only until well combined.

4. Spread evenly in greased 8.5" x 4.5" x 2" loaf pan.

5. Bake at 350øF about 40 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
