1. Blend together in one bowl and beat 2 minutes with electric beater.
2. Turn into 2 greased loaf pan (or 4 mini loaf pans).
3. Bake approximately 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
4. A toothpick inserted in center and coming out clean indicates bread is done.
5. Glaze: If desired, blend in saucepan 1/2 cup orange juice, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of above flavorings.
6. Bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Brush on loaves while warm.
