1 Cup Paste Almond 1 Cup Paste Almond room temperature
1 Cup Milk 1 Cup Rich milk or light cream
1/2 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Blanched Almond 1/2 Cup Blanched Almond ground
6 Unit Eggs 6 Unit Egg yolks (up to)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla 1 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond extract to

1. Cream butter until it is soft.

2. Add almond paste a little at a time, alternating with milk.

3. Stir in sugar and ground nuts. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cream thickens.

4. Stir a few tablespoons of hot, thickened cream into egg yolks.

5. Then pour egg-yolk mixture into remaining cream, stirring briskly.

6. Return to low heat. Continue to cook and stir until cream thickens a little more, being careful not to let it boil.

Yeh this is wrong, there is no way that a filling with butter, and full cream milk can be 0% fat, and 0% saturated fat. please review.
