This is quick, time consuming method of cook. It taste good and healthy food too. It will be useful for working women s to prepare lunch or dinner.sure Children s will like it. Easy digestion for adults also. Any gravy recipe will match with this food.


1 cup Long Grain Brown Rice
2 cups Water
1 teaspoon Low Salt Bouillon Cube granules
2 tablespoons Almonds silvered

1. In a medium-size saucepan, bring rice and water to a boil.

2. Turn off heat and let rice stand in water, covered, 3 hours.

3. When ready to cook, add bouillon granules and brine to a boil.

4. Cook 10 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender.

5. Drain, if necessary. Add almonds and lemon zest.

6. Let stand a few minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.
