Ingredients:

1 Olive Oil light
1 Tomato sliced
1 Red Onion sliced
1 Zucchini slices
1 Mozzarella Cheese grated
1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese grated

Directions:

1. Pour olive oil in bottom of casserole.

2. Layer tomatoes, onions, zucchini and cheese.

3. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Bake 375~ until bubbly.

Good Recipie! I think I would like it to be creamier so I'm going to try to add yogurt next time.
