1/4 Cup Parsley chopped
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Basil chopped
8 Ounces Angel Hair Pasta
7 Tomatoes skinned & coarsely
2 Scallions minced
1/3 Cup Green Olives sliced

Directions:

1. Cook & drain the pasta.

2. In a serving bowl, combine the pasta with the tomatoes & remaining ingredients.

3. NOTE: In place of green olives, use black olives, same amount.
