Anytime Cucumber Slices

Ingredients:

1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Salt to taste
2 Onions thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Water warm
4 Cucumbers sliced
3 Tablespoons Dill or 1 tbsp dill weed Minced fresh

Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine cucumbers, onions and dill.

2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, water and salt; bring to a boil.

3. Pour over cucumber mixture. Cover and chill for 3 hours or overnight.
