Ingredients:

1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Ground
3/4 Cup Flour unsifted
4 Cups Apples peeled, pared and sliced (I usually use granny smiths)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease or butter square casserole dish.

2. Place apples in casserole dish and sprinkle with orange juice.

3. Mix together the sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter until crumbly. Do not over process. Sprinkle this topping mixture over the apples.

4. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until apples are tender.
