2. Stir flour with soda, baking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture.
3. Stir in oats and coconut. Spread in greased 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F about 20 minutes. If desired, sift powdered sugar over top while still warm; cool.
