Ingredients:

1/4 Teaspoon Salt to taste
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Cup Flour Unbleached
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine Softened
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Packed
1 Egg Large
1/2 Cup Apple Butter
1 Cup Oats Quick Cooking Rolled
1 Cup Coconut Flaked

Directions:

1. Cream butter and sugar; blend in apple butter and egg.

2. Stir flour with soda, baking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture.

3. Stir in oats and coconut. Spread in greased 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking pan.

4. Bake at 350 degrees F about 20 minutes. If desired, sift powdered sugar over top while still warm; cool.
