1. Place the cream cheese, apple butter, vanilla and cinnamon in the container
of a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
2. Process for 20 seconds, or
till just smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the container, if
necessary.
3. Scrape the spread into a small bowl.
4. Cover and refrigerate till
slightly firm.

I used my mixer instead of the food processor,and doubled the recipe.It came out great, nice for a brunch or early get together even on bagles. happy sampling.
