Apple Crunch Pie With Cinnamon Ice Cream

6 Unit Apples
1 Cup Flour (to 4 1/2 cups)
1 Cup Brown Sugar (up to 3)
1/4 Pound Margarine (I prefer butter)
1/2 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream or ice cream
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Quart Vanilla Ice Cream softened, or 2 containers of
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Candy

1. PIE: Pare, core and slice apples, and put in pie plate.

2. Mix flour and brown sugar, then add margarine and mix until crumbly.

3. Sprinkle this mixture over apples and bake at 350 deg.

4. for about 30 minutes or until apples are done.

5. Serve warm with Cinnamon Ice Cream. CINNAMON ICE CREAM: Whip the cream, add sugar and cinnamon.

6. Soften ice cream; add cinnamon mixture and whip.
