2 Eggs at room temperature
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Cup Margarine melted
1/2 Teaspoon Salt to taste
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
4 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup Oats
2 Cups Apples Chopped

1. Cream margarine and sugar together.

2. Add all other ingredients. Mix well and chill for several hours.

3. Roll and cut into circles with a small biscuit cutter.

4. FILLING: Mix ingredients well. Cook over low heat until thick.

5. Put 1 teaspoon filling over circles. Cover with another circle.

6. Press edges together with a fork. Bake at 375 F. for 12 minutes.
