1 Unit Apple
1/4 Cup Orange Juice chilled
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice depending on the
1 Tablespoon Raisin (up to 1)
1 Tablespoon Celery chopped
2 Tablespoons Applesauce or margarine
1 Unit Lettuce

1. Slice off top of apple; remove core.

2. Prick outside with sharp fork. Place apple in tall narrow bowl.

3. Combine orange and lemon juice; pour over apple.

4. (Add extra water if apple is not covered). Marinate in refrigerator 4-5 hours.

5. Combine raisins, celery, and applesauce. Allow to mellow at room temperature 2 hours.

6. Chill thoroughly. Drain apple. Cut apple into 8 sections, slicing almost to the bottom.

7. Fill with applesauce mixture. Place on crisp lettuce leaf.
