Ingredients:

1 Egg white
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar firmly packed
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Skim Milk
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Margarine melted
1 1/2 Cups Oats
3/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Ground
1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 400 F. Line or grease 12 muffin cups.

2. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda.

3. Add applesauce, milk, brown sugar, oil, and egg white: mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.

4. Fill muffin cups almost full.

5. For topping, combine ingredients: sprinkle evenly over batter.

6. Bake 20-22 minutes or until deep golden brown.
