Apple Sage Dressing

Ingredients:

1/4 Teaspoon Salt to taste
1/4 Teaspoon Thyme Leaves
2 Tablespoons Currants
1/3 Cup Apple Juice
1/2 Cup Onion chopped
3/4 Teaspoon Sage
3 Slices White Bread
2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
2 Tablespoons Parsley fresh
1/2 Pound Apple Granny Smith

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Heat oil in small skillet over medium high heat.

3. Add onion and saute 7 minutes, until tender.

4. Toast and cube bread. Cube unpeeled apples. Chop fresh parsley.

5. Toss remaining ingredients in large bowl; add onions and stir.

6. Spoon into 1-1/2 qt casserole coated with cooking spray.

7. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir gently and bake another 10 minutes or until top is crisp.
