2. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Stir together the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and spices.
3. Blend into the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in apples.
4. Spread in a greased 13 X 9 X 2-inch pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon together; blend well.
5. Sprinkle on top of the dough. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
