Apple and Raisin Noodle Pudding

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Raisin dark, seedless (optional)
1/4 Cup Butter or margarine
6 Eggs slightly beaten
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Ground
1/2 Pound Egg Noodles
3 Apples peeled, cored &

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. Cook noodles, drain in colander & rinse well with cold water.

3. Soak raisins in cup of boiling water to soften. Let stand 10 min, then drain. Combine ingredients with noodles, mix well & pour into buttered casserole dish.

4. Bake for 45 min or till browned on top. Serve with yogurt or sour cream.
