3. Puree apricots in blender; measure 1 cup. Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
4. In 1 quart saucepan, heat reminding apricot liquid.
5. Add sugar and bring to a boil. Add sugar, bring to a boil.
6. Add gelatin, orange juice and rind. Boil gently for 20 minutes Remove from heat, add apricots.
7. Mix well. Pour into pan; allow to set, cut into squares; roll in powdered sugar.
