Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Dried Apricots
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Garbanzo Bean
1 Unit Water
5 Cups Water reserved from cooking
1 Cup Lentils dried
3 Unit Onions
2 Tablespoons Syrup or Molasses
1 Unit Apricot Bring Soaked Apricots and Their Water To a
2. add Soaked, Drained Garbanzo Beans and 1 C. Water.
3. Bring To a Boil and Cook for 30 Minutes. add the Lentils, Onions and 4 C.
4. Water To Pot. Bring To a Boil. Lower Heat, Cover and Cook About 2 Hours until Garbanzos Are Tender.
5. add 2 teaspoon Malt Syrup. Mix in Well. Serve Over Brown Rice.
