Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Vinegar wine
4 Teaspoons Lemon Juice depending on the
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/3 Cup Olive Oil or lard
4 Artichokes prepared and cooked as directed for whole artichokes
1. Combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and mustard.
2. Gradually add oil until blended. Serve with cooked artichokes.
