Asparagus with Orange Sauce

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Teaspoons Margarine melted
2 Teaspoons Oranges Grated
1 Tablespoon Flour
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1 1/2 Pounds Fresh Asparagus

Directions:

1. Break off tough ends of asparagus and discard.

2. Wash asparagus and place in 9" x 13" glass pan.

3. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 6 minutes or until tender crisp.

4. Drain off any liquid. In a bowl, combine flour, orange juice, orange rind and honey.

5. Microwave on hight 1 1/2 minutes until thick.

6. Stir in margarine and spoon sauce over asparagus.
