3 Eggs at room temperature
1 3/4 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Salt to taste
1 Cup Buttermilk
3 Cups Flour
2 Bananas

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Break eggs into bowl.

2. Add buttermilk, oil, and vanilla.

3. Mash bananas and add. Stir.

4. Bake in tube pan for 1 hr at 350 degrees.
