1 Cups Graham Crackers crumbs
1 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Ground
2 Tablespoons Sugar
6 Tablespoons Butter melted
1 Cup Sugar
3 Unit Eggs beaten well
24 Ounces Cream Cheese softened
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla almond or lemon flav
1 Pint Sour Cream light or dairy
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla almond or lemon flav

1. Combine crust ingredients and pat into bottom and sides of pan.

2. Beat cream cheese thoroughly; add sugar gradually; add eggs in thirds; add vanilla; pour into prepared pan.

3. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes; remove from oven and add topping.

4. To prepare topping, whip sour cream; add sugar and vanilla, and pour over cake.

5. continue baking at 500 for 5 minutes. Important - chill at LEAST 24 hours.
