Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Mayonnaise ;
1 Tablespoon Green Onion minced
1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
1 Tablespoon Capers minced
1 1/2 Teaspoons Horseradish Sauce (or to taste)
1 Pinch Pepper Bell,Large, Cut in strips
8 Slices Whole Wheat Bread toasted and crumbled
1 1/2 Teaspoons Butter softened
4 Slices Salmon diced
12 Unit Cucumbers thin

Directions:

1. Combine mayonnaise, onion, dill, capers, horseradish and pepper.

2. trim crusts from bread; spread with butter then mayonnaise mixture.

3. Arrange salmon and cucumber over 4 slices of bread.

4. Top with remaining bread; cut each sandwich into 4 triangles or squares.
