1 Bunch Cilantro chopped fine
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper ;
1 1/2 Teaspoons Cumin Seeds optional
1/4 Cup Olive Oil or lard
1 Teaspoon Salt (non iodized)
1 Clove Of Garlic chopped fine
1 Cup Lemon Juice (2 lemons)
1/2 Onion chopped fine
