Authentic Tomato and Fish

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Pounds White Fish cut in half
1 Tomato chopped
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (2 lemons)
1 Tablespoon Onion minced
1/8 Teaspoon Basil to taste
1/4 Cup Water lukewarm (110 to 115
1/4 Teaspoon Dill (dried)
1 Tablespoon Butter (1/4 stick) cut into 6 pieces

Directions:

1. Preheat broiler pan.

2. Combine tomato, onion and basil and set aside.

3. Brush fillet of fish with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4. Place tomato mixture in the center of each fillet.

5. Melt butter in skillet.Cook and stir onion until tender.

6. Place fish in skillet. Add lemon juice and water.
