4 Eggs at room temperature
1 3/4 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Raisin dark, seedless (optional)
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Cup Margarine melted
1/2 Teaspoon Salt to taste
3 Ounces Cream Cheese softened
1 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
2 Cups Confectionery Sugar
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Pecan chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon Orange peel
15 Ounces Pumpkin canned

1. Grease 15x10" baking pan.

2. In large bowl, blend all ingredients except raisins and nuts.

3. Blend 2 minutes. Stir in raisins and nuts. Spread evenly in pan.

4. Bake at 350~ for 25-30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

5. Cool. Frosting. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, margarine and orange juice.

6. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled bars.
