BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS WITH HORSERADISH CREAM

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Butter (softened)
2 Tablespoons Flour all purpose
1 Cup Milk To 7/8 C, (7/8-1 C)
3 Tablespoons Horseradish Sauce (prepared white
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream imitation
1 Teaspoon Sugar Brown
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard or honey mustard
1 Teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
2 Unit Chicken Breasts with

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. In a medium-size saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

3. Stir in flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute without browning.

4. Whisk in milk, bring to a boil, and cook, stirring, until sauce is thick and smooth, about 3 minutes.

5. Stir in horseradish, sour cream, sugar, mustard, and vinegar.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange chicken breasts, skin side up, in a baking dish.

7. Spoon half the horseradish sauce over chicken.

8. Bake 45 minutes until chicken is tender. Broil chicken for 5 minutes to brown.

9. Reheat remaining sauce and serve over chicken.
