BBQ SAUCE #35

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Butter 1 stick
1 Unit Onion finely chopped
1 Unit Clove Of Garlic finely chopped
3 Tablespoons Vinegar wine
1 Cup Chili Sauce Heinz
1 Cup Water lukewarm (110 to 115
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar firmly packed
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Mustard coarse ground prepared
1/2 Unit Lemon juice
1 Can Beer cooks choice

Directions:

1. In a large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in butter.

2. When the onions are transparent add the remainder of ingredients.

3. Bring to a boil. Simmer until your grill is ready, about 10 to 15 minutes or until you can't stand the wonderful smell of the sauce any longer.

4. Now let me tell you, this is what I call barbecue sauce.
