Baby Shrimp and Tarragon Mustard

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard (up to 3)
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice fresh
1 1/2 Teaspoons White Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Fresh Tarragon Chopped, OR
2 Teaspoons Dried Tarragon Crushed
1 Cup Mayonnaise ;
3/4 Cup Shrimp
1/2 Cup Sour Cream (8 ozs)

Directions:

1. Mix the mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, and tarragon.

2. Blend in the mayonnaise. Add the shrimp, then the sour cram.

3. Blend well. Cover and chill. Makes about 2 1/2 cups of dip.

4. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Butterflake Biscuit Chips, Cabbage, Chili Peppers, String Beans, Artichoke Leaves.
