Ingredients:

4 Cups Potatoes
1 Unit Bacon
1 Unit Onion
4 Tablespoons Margarine (2 sticks)
1 Cup Celery
1 Cup Chicken Broth (preferably home-made)
1 Unit Carrot
2 Cups Milk cold

Directions:

1. In 3 quart casserole, combine 1st 7 ingredients.

2. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 13-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender; stirring once.

3. Stir in milk, salt and pepper. Recover. Cook at high 8 minutes or until heated through.

if you saute onions and the celery together then add them to potatoes after it adds a much better flavor.

I would definitely fry the bacon first! Soggy bacon is gross. Also, I would probably crumble and add after cooking as a garnish.
