1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper dried whole
3 Pounds New Potatoes
1/2 Cup Celery sliced
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
8 Slices Bacon crisp
1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper sliced
1/2 Cup Green Onion sliced

1. Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices; boil in water until tender (about 10 minutes); drain well.

2. Mix mayonnaise, ranch dressing and seasonings in large bowl until well blended.
