Ingredients:

2 Teaspoons Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt to taste
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper dried whole
4 Slices Bacon Diced
1/4 Cup White Vinegar
8 Ounces Spinach Shredded, Coarsely
1/3 Cup Green Onion Chopped

Directions:

1. Cook bacon in 12-inch skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp.

2. Stir in vinegar.

3. Heat through, remove from heat.

4. Add spinach and onions to bacon mixture.

5. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper.

6. Toss 1 to 2 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
